• Elite Assured — ISO certification facilitation, B2B-focused.
• MyInstaBiz — all-in-one Indian business services (GST, ITR, company registration, trademark, ISO).
• ipRIGHTS.in — trademark, copyright, and IP services.
• ISOStatus.com — independent ISO certificate verification portal.
• VerifyISO.com — independent ISO certificate verification portal.
• TrademarkPublicSearch.com — public-domain trademark search portal.

Each brand operates under its own published terms and privacy policy.

3. Nature of Our Role — Certification Facilitator, Not Certifier

TrulyCertify is a certification facilitator. We do not:

• Issue ISO certificates ourselves.
• Act as a certification body or accreditation body.
• Operate as an accredited registrar.

We do:

• Match clients to IAF-MLA accredited certification bodies appropriate for their geography, sector, and standard.
• Build the management system, support audit readiness, and coordinate the audit cycle on the client's behalf.
• Provide ongoing surveillance and re-certification support.

Issuance, accreditation, and validity of the resulting certificate are governed exclusively by the appointed certification body and its accreditation body, under the IAF MLA framework.

4. Accreditation Framework

All ISO certificates facilitated by TrulyCertify are issued by certification bodies accredited under the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) Multilateral Recognition Arrangement (MLA). Accreditations may be held with national accreditation bodies including (but not limited to):

• NABCB (National Accreditation Board for Certification Bodies — India)
• UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service)
• ANAB (ANSI National Accreditation Board — US)
• JAS-ANZ (Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand)
• DAkkS (Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle — Germany)
• SAAS (Saudi Accreditation Center)
• EIAC (Emirates International Accreditation Centre)
• SANAS, KENAS, SAC, JAB, KAN, COFRAC, and other IAF-MLA signatories.

The specific accreditation body relevant to your engagement is confirmed in your Engagement Letter.

"TrulyCertify", the TrulyCertify logo, "Elite Assured", "MyInstaBiz", and "ipRIGHTS" are trademarks of eEasy interMESH Private Limited. Use without our written permission is not authorised.

Names of accreditation bodies, certification bodies, government procurement portals, and corporate buyers referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners. References on this website are descriptive — they indicate the audit and procurement ecosystems we operate within. We do not claim affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by these third parties.
