We send you a written proposal covering the certification body's audit cost, our facilitation scope, and timelines.

  • Transparent breakdown: certification-body fee + TrulyCertify facilitation fee
  • Defined scope, milestones, and deliverables
  • Engagement letter signed; project lead assigned
  • Kick-off call scheduled within 48 hours

Documentation & System Build

We build the management system the auditor will actually inspect, mapped to your real operations.

  • Quality / EMS / ISMS manual, policy, objectives, scope statement
  • Clause-mapped procedures and SOPs
  • Records architecture: forms, registers, logs, templates
  • Risk & opportunity register, context analysis, interested-party register
  • Internal audit and management review records run before external audit
  • Staff awareness training delivered (on-site or virtual)

External Audit (Stage 1 + Stage 2)

Conducted by your IAF-accredited certification body. We are present, prepared, and accountable.

  • Stage 1: Documentation review — typically remote, 0.5 to 1 audit day
  • Stage 2: On-site / remote operational audit — 1 to 3 audit days based on scope
  • Non-conformities (if any) categorised, root-cause analysed, corrective actions closed
  • Audit report and recommendation submitted to certification body
Typical duration: 3–7 working days end-to-end

Certificate Issuance & Global Verifiability

Your certificate is issued and is independently verifiable on the global registry.

  • Soft-copy certificate emailed; hard copy posted
  • Certificate listed on the IAF CertSearch global registry
  • Independent verification: your customers, auditors, and tender authorities can confirm authenticity directly
  • Annual surveillance and 3-year re-certification calendar set up — we remind you in advance
